About the role:

Clutch is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People Operations team on a one year contract! You are hungry to develop yourself as an excellent TA Partner. You understand that building a high functioning, talent-dense Clutch culture starts with sourcing, selecting, and keeping the right people in the right roles. You are passionate about the candidate experience, and you have a high standard for your work with an eye for detail, organization, and recruiting best practices. You leverage data, talent analytics, and software tools to efficiently run your talent pipelines and continually improve on the talent acquisition process. Most of all, you want to be a great partner to your internal stakeholders and the business as a whole.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage talent, with a focus on our Revenue and Sales function.
  • Build and maintain a network of sector-specific potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand various roles and their responsibilities, and develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs.
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues.
  • Fully utilize ATS to manage the talent pipeline, maintain talent data accuracy and quality, and formulate talent analytics.
  • Manage job board advertising of career site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling, accurate, and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
  • Upon application, screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information for shortlisted candidates.
  • Regularly communicate and discuss with internal stakeholders to understand ongoing requirements and share progress of activity.
  • Ingest feedback from internal stakeholders to successfully progress candidates through the hiring funnel and follow through to successful hiring and full conversion.
  • Develop, formalize, and execute on processes to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Must be comfortable to work 100% on-site - at our Mississauga Office on Wolfedale.

What we’re looking for:

  • You’ve got 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup where you’ve always had a multitude of roles on the go, and demonstrated excellent time-to-fill and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity.
  • Eager to fill quality hires - many new hires every month and expect the volume to adjust accordingly as the business grows.
  • Metrics-driven, emotionally intelligent approach to hiring.
  • You are a positive, process-oriented, relationship-developing machine!
