Cherubini Group is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own the recruitment process, build strong pipelines, and partner with leaders. You will manage multiple searches, source candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding, with a focus on skilled trades in Dartmouth, NS.

You will work hands-on to develop as a trusted recruitment partner, maintain recruitment records, and participate in broader HR initiatives as workload allows.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build pipelines in Dartmouth, NS.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to take ownership, build strong recruitment experience, and grow with Cherubini.

You will manage recruitment from intake through onboarding, build talent pipelines, and work directly with leaders across the business. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who brings initiative, strong people skills, and the drive to develop into a trusted recruitment partner, with a focus on skilled trades.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, human resource or related experience.
• Experience within the full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the organization externally.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related environments is considered a strong asset.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools, job boards, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work onsite in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
