The Opportunity :

Valnet is on the lookout for an innovative and process-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead for our content team. This person will ensure new writers and editors meet our quality standards and serve as the go-to resource for our internal recruitment team.

Are you highly motivated, and dedicated to developing great results, as well as mentoring talent? If so, then you're going to fit right in. Under the supervision of Senior Operations Recruiter, as well as your Portfolio Manager, you will provide feedback on current recruiting standards as well as improving the onboarding processes. Most importantly, you will ensure our freelance contributors feel connected, and eager to contribute.

What you will be doing :

  • Oversee and support our remote resource network
  • Onboard new contributors.
  • Interviewing freelancers.
  • Track and fill requests for new remote contributors.
  • Ensure new hires adhere to Valnet standards.
  • Investigate and vet new freelance job boards.
  • Manage remote team budget and operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Operations Recruiter, Operations Manager, Managing Editors, legal, and HR resources.
