Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience, including university design teams or internships.
• Hands-on testing experience in lab or industry; rocket propulsion or gas turbine testing ideal.
• Knowledge of requirements, interfaces, configuration control, and verification & validation.
• Experience with CFD/FEA and data acquisition systems is a plus.
• Willing to travel to remote offsite testing areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of testing standards, procedures and plans for hot fire stands and cold flow apparatus.
• Assist in the design, build, and commissioning of major test infrastructure.
• Plan and run test campaigns with design teams where data matters.
• Own CAD and FEA modeling and maintain technical documentation.
• Manage external suppliers and contractors for hardware testing components.
• Draft comprehensive test reports and execute procedures with discipline.
