Blakeford at Green Hills' Human Resources team is growing by adding a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives on building personal connections, staying organized, and keeping the hiring process running like a well-oiled machine. As Blakeford’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will own full-cycle recruitment by posting open positions, scheduling interviews, making offers, and crafting a standout candidate experience from first contact to new hire orientation.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and internal channels
- Pre-screen applicants and maintain our applicant tracking system
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
- Support employer branding efforts on social media and career platforms
- Build relationships with local schools and agencies and represent Blakeford at area recruitment events
Who You Are
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional — nothing slips through the cracks
- A clear, friendly communicator whether voice-to-voice or electronically
- Able to manage multiple moving parts without missing a beat
- Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms (experience with Paycom will put you ahead of the curve!)
- Passionate about creating an efficient and welcoming hiring experience
- Experienced in HR or recruiting preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Bilingual strongly preferred
