What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain accurate staffing documentation as required by law
- Initiate and track the onboarding process for new hires
- Participate in HR projects, such as ATS implementation and development of HR orientation programs
- Provide reports to Talent Acquisition leadership on metrics and trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary education of 2 years, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or senior administrative position
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingualism in English and French will be given priority
- Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System is preferred
- Proven attention to detail and process improvement skills
