THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the operations and success of our People Experience team. You should have a proven track record of strong communication and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers by acting with urgency and delivering a candidate experience that reflects our values. You will support all aspects of Talent Acquisition, including managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), posting requisitions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will creatively source applicants to build a strong pipeline of candidates along with providing support for People Experience project and initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage requisitions and candidate records within the ATS
  • Creatively source, screen, and support recruitment at all levels of restaurant talent
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, in-person, and virtual interviews
  • Support the pre and onboarding process for external hires, including compliance processes and employment contracts
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and special activities for challenging markets
  • Provide regular recruiting reporting to People Experience, restaurant leaders, and cross-functional partners
  • Assist in People Experience projects, initiatives, and administrative support as needed
  • Create a positive recruiting experience through clear and timely communication and attention to detail

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, highly customer service oriented.
  • Outlook, Excel, Smart sheets proficiency preferred but not required.

This is a one (1) year fixed-term contract opportunity.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Pay range is $50,000.00–$68,000.00 depending on skill level, experience and/or education.Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
