Your role in our team
In this newly established role as Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be contributing to the strategic goals of the organization by attracting and retaining top talents. Your role will involve working on various aspects of talent acquisition, from identifying potential candidates to managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
In close collaboration with the rest of the team, you will ensure development and progress in all our open positions, and you will drive your own pool of recruitments independently.
You will collaborate with the rest of the Global People team and the Hiring Managers to understand the specific needs of different departments and business areas, tailoring your approach to meet these requirements.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Driving the recruitment process at all stages ensuring a seamless and excellent experience for candidates and Hiring Managers
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing necessary documentation
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
- Facilitating feedback for DiSC profile and Deeper Signals Assessment
- Compile and communicate candidate feedback to Hiring Managers to assist in making informed hiring decisions
- Conduct references and provide rejections to candidates
Bring your world class experience into play
Skills
You have excellent communication skills, and your interpersonal abilities are essential to ensure effective interaction with candidates, stakeholders, and team members. We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Holds a relevant educational background, preferably within HR, e.g. a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or a Graduate diploma (HD) in Organization and Management
- Has a minimum of two years of experience with recruitment and search
- Are familiar with personality profiles and interview processes. It is not a requirement that you are already certified in DiSC or Deeper Signals Assessment
- Are fluent in Danish and English both in writing and verbal at a professional level
- Have experience in recruiting tech profiles - this is an advantage but not a requirement

On a personal level, it is important that you work in a structured and proactive way, ensuring excellent support for our Hiring Managers and a great experience for candidates. You are well-organized and keep track of details, however, never letting go of your customer-oriented approach.
