Join our dynamic Talent team and be a driving force in our growth!

We’re looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor who brings passion, precision, and a deep understanding of data-driven, inclusive hiring practices. This isn’t your average recruiter role — we’re seeking someone who knows how to partner strategically across functions, move fast, and deliver results. If you thrive in a startup environment, excel in identifying high-impact talent, and have a passion for people and technology, we want to meet you.

You’re a bar raiser, which means you come with:

  1. 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment.
  2. 2+ years of technical recruiting experience focused on Software Engineers (RoR, React, Swift, Swift UI, Objective C, Kotlin) and Product Management.
  3. Demonstrated ability to strategically source, assess, and hire top talent in competitive markets.
  4. A collaborative mindset and a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
  5. Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Experience successfully building and maintaining trusting and consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  8. Advanced proficiency using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter (or other talent sourcing platforms such as Seekout, HireEZ, StackOverflow).

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will make an impact by:

  1. Building and executing recruitment strategies specifically focused on product, design, and engineering roles, with an emphasis on attracting candidates who thrive in scaling startup environments.
  2. Developing a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
  3. Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
  4. Acting as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring teams and EPDD leadership, ensuring they are equipped with insights, resources, and best practices for interviewing and making informed hiring decisions.
  5. Driving an inclusive hiring process that aligns with Homebase’s commitment to diversity and equity.
  6. Contributing to talent strategy discussions to continuously improve our hiring processes.
  7. Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics to inform data-driven recruitment strategies.
  8. Utilizing recruitment analytics and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive sourcing and outreach methods to attract top-tier candidates.
  9. Bringing thoughtful, creative, and bold new ideas to optimize our hiring efforts and continuously improve our processes and efficiencies.
