Kiewit is seeking a recruitment professional to join its HR Operations team in Oakville, Canada. You'll build relationships with managers to learn how to assemble strong teams and drive end-to-end recruitment across North America.
The role emphasizes advanced sourcing, candidate assessment, campaign development, and data-driven hiring. Two years’ experience in talent acquisition in construction/engineering is preferred, with a focus on diversification and inclusion.

As part of the HR Operations team at Kiewit, you will contribute to a cohesive and strategic human resources function that underpins our global success. Transitioning from decentralized groups to a streamlined shared service model, our HR Centers of Excellence foster innovation and partnership across all organizational levels. This district is dedicated to continuous improvement, inclusion, and delivering best-in‑class HR services that support employees and leaders everywhere Kiewit operates.
This position is located in Oakville.
Base Compensation:$90 000 -$110 000
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
