Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will participate in the complete recruitment cycle for various business units and positions. You will also develop and execute initiatives to enhance our employer brand through communication channels aimed at attracting top candidates.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including internal movements
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Advise and influence managers in talent search, market understanding, and interview practices
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Represent the company at recruitment events (educational institutions, job fairs, networking, etc.)
  • Maintain an active network of potential candidates
  • Develop partnerships to diversify candidate sourcing methods
  • Improve and standardize recruitment processes, including cycle time, and participate in projects
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand
  • Stay updated on new recruitment trends

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or industrial relations with 5-7 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
  • Creative mindset and curiosity for new trends
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (asset)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong planning and process optimization skills
  • Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, and rigor
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and independence
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
  • CRHA certification (asset)
