Job Summary

The responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Intern include creating and maintaining job postings, performing candidate testing, managing employee files, reaching out to potential candidates who have submitted resumes, posting and maintaining job ads on multiple platforms, creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, and performing clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and posting job descriptions on relevant job boards and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Conducting phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Preparing, managing, and storing HR paperwork and policies
  • Maintaining schedules and coordinating calendar activities
  • Assisting recruiters with posting job ads on career pages

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in various computer software
  • Knowledge of HR software and labor laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with key groups
