Responsibilities

• Operate multi-head Tajima embroidery machines.
• Hoop shirts, hoodies, polos, hats and more on embroidery machines.
• Troubleshoot common embroidery errors (e.g., thread breaks, bobbin issues).
• Receive work orders and determine design type, report stock needs as required.
• Calibrate and set up machines at shift start to ensure proper operation.
• Select thread colors to match designs and perform machine maintenance.
• Follow production schedule to complete orders on time.
