JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration, sewing, and customer care. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers feel and look great, and confident in their clothing by providing quality alterations in a timely manner, upholding the Company’s promise of quality service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sewing production that meets deadlines and company standards.
• Continuously learning new alteration techniques and using strengths to train other team members.
• Maintaining and improving production quality.
• Ensuring all items are of the highest quality, minimizing reworks.
