FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting July/August 2025. Enjoy a 14/14 schedule, camp accommodations, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

  • Minimum of 2000 hours of experience operating a 250+ excavator, coupled with at least 2000 hours on 988/966 Loader and 2000+ hours on D8+ Dozer.
  • Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Ground work is required.
  • Able to train on new equipment when requested.
  • Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
