Job Overview

The TAC Group seeks Francophone, experienced, dynamic, and passionate program and site coordinators to oversee French programming during summer day camps for children aged four to twelve at TFS-Canada's International School in Toronto, Ontario.

Our summer camps offer specialized programs, similar to university courses for kids, focusing on skill acquisition, character building, and leadership development in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and revise sports, STEM, and sustainability curricula and lesson plans in French.
  • Monitor program success, coach participants, and foster youth leadership.
  • Provide clear instructions to support staff and instructors.
  • Implement weekly lesson plans and provide feedback to staff.
  • Maintain compliance with the TAC Sports SafeChild Initiative, including managing medical notes, allergies, attendance, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French (Francophone).
  • University or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Experience and passion for working with young children.
  • Background in science, technology, or athletics preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Alignment with the school’s mission and philosophy.
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain them.
Additional Details

Contract: Fixed-term, 10 weeks (June 19 - August 25)

Salary: $800 to $1000 CAD weekly

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: TFS - Canada's International School, Toronto, ON
