Table Support (Full-Time) - Eataly Don Mills

Role Overview: A Table Support Team Member is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience by delivering meals timely and accurately, organizing, and cleaning tables. Reports to the Service Leads and Assistant General Managers.

• Greet guests, pour beverages, serve bread and olive oil
• Run food from kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Serve beverages from the bar and keep water glasses filled
• Clear used dishes and silverware between courses and after guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables in the assigned area
• Assist servers and understand menu items’ descriptions and ingredients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Requirements:

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Smart Serve Certification
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for up to 8 hours
