Role:

The position involves protecting the integrity of table games, providing direction, guidance, and supervision of all dealers.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Hard Rock policies, procedures, internal controls, and courtesy guidelines.
  • Perform duties in accordance with state gaming regulations, including knowledge of Mississippi Gaming Commission and Mississippi State Tax Commission regulations.
  • Complete table fills, credits, markers, and comps.
  • Verify and approve guest transactions with thorough knowledge of Title 31.
  • Safeguard company assets and ensure tables are ready at shift start.
  • Coach, evaluate, and maintain personnel records for staff.
  • Supervise games to ensure policy compliance.
  • Promote safety awareness to minimize injuries.
  • Enroll guests in the Encore players club and evaluate guests for comps.
  • Resolve guest and staff issues/disputes.
  • Maintain knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and two years of table games experience.
  • Professional appearance, high energy, organizational skills, good judgment, and tact.
  • Flexible schedule, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, basic math skills.
Training:

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including courses on active shooter awareness, counterfeit currency prevention, cybersecurity, safety, responsible gaming, Title 31, sexual harassment, and human trafficking.

Working Conditions:

Includes standing, walking, sitting, lifting, and other physical activities with specified frequency and environmental conditions. Physical effort is categorized as light work.

Additional Requirements:
