Qualifications

  • Minimum one to two years experience as a dealer of Blackjack and Baccarat.
  • One to two years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Ability to obtain a Category 1 AGCO gaming license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor dealers, providing instruction, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and collaborate with the casino team.
  • Monitor table floats and determines the outcomes and game irregularities.
  • Stay on top of company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations.
  • Participate in casino and marketing initiatives and promote events.

What You Bring

  • Proactive in preventing and resolving high-pressure situations with ease.
  • Detail-focused with exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Enjoy working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Minimum one to two years experience as a dealer of Blackjack and Baccarat.
  • Knowledge of Roulette, Poker and other casino games is an asset.
  • One to two years of experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Category 1 AGCO gaming license.
