The University of Ottawa is seeking a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for the course Advanced Topics II Medical Informatics and Telemedicine (BMG5111-B00/ELG6131-C00) in the 2027 Winter Semester. Work is at Main Campus with in-person delivery and consists of TA support, grading, student consultations and proctoring.

One position is available from January 1 to April 30, 2027, totaling 100 work hours. Undergraduate students earn the lower rate; graduates earn the higher rate.

Formación

• Completed undergraduate biomedical engineering courses or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the subject.
• Availability in person throughout the course session.

Responsabilidades

• Provide teaching assistant support to the course supervisor, assist students, perform grading and proctoring.
• Hours allocation and other duties will be specified by the supervisor and negotiated before commencement.
