The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Master's Degree in Educational Counselling or related field (must include a 300 hour supervised, school based practicum at the appropriate level)
• Successful teaching experience at the Elementary school level
• Experience in counselling at the required level
• A good understanding of the therapies relevant to Elementary school-aged children
• Experience and demonstrated ability to provide individual and group counselling services to students
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, administrators and community agencies
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
