Job summary

HealthOPM is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to provide high-quality cleaning in private Ottawa residences. The role requires reliable transport to travel within the city and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and independently.

You will perform dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and sanitizing high-touch areas, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A current Vulnerable Sector Check is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and washing windows.
• Ensure that all areas of the house, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, are clean and organized.
• Laundry duties including washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
• Assist with occasional grocery shopping or running errands as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the homeowner or management.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality cleaning services and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in private residences. A key requirement is the ability to travel independently within Ottawa and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and washing windows.

Ensure that all areas of the house, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, are clean and organized.
