As a T&D Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electricity to customers. You will lead a skilled field workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and construction activities while helping create an environment where safety, teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence are at the forefront. This is an opportunity to combine your electrical industry knowledge with your leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on employees, customers, and day-to-day operations. Working closely with field supervisors, regional support teams, and external partners, you will help coordinate resources, support employee development, and ensure work is delivered safely and effectively. For someone who enjoys leading people, solving operational challenges, and building strong working relationships, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the reliability of the electrical system while continuing to grow as a leader.
