Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital HR, you will be responsible for managing the team product backlog, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, driving improvements, and addressing root causes of recurring problems through our HRIS. You will collaborate hands-on, supporting the systems and processes critical to our people.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in journey mapping with stakeholders.
2. Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
3. Create POC designs in staging environments.
4. Manage vendors related to our HRIS.
5. Support the team by removing roadblocks and maintaining flow.
6. Act as a change agent to increase team velocity.
7. Manage vendor ticket queue.
8. Monitor and manage system events.
9. Perform standard changes on HRIS using change management practices.

Qualifications

1. Manage roadmap and product backlog.
2. User journey mapping.
3. Understand employee journey and events within a complex enterprise environment.
4. Troubleshoot user and system issues to uphold SLAs.
5. Problem-solving skills with SaaS tools in secure environments.
6. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and resolve multiple requests.
7. Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT, or related field.
8. Knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules (BizX, Recruitment, JAM).
9. Data analysis and manipulation skills with large datasets.
10. Knowledge of network, integration, and cloud systems.
11. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
