Job description

Samesun is looking for a Systems & Partnerships Manager—someone who can connect the dots between data, technology, and people. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile, tech-savvy professional to support our growing network of hostels by managing digital systems, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships with our partners.

You don't need to come from a travel or hospitality background, but you should love travel, be curious about how the industry works, and enjoy connecting with people from around the world. If you're comfortable with technology (especially APIs and SaaS tools), thrive on collaboration, and want to work in a globally-minded environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

1. Manage and optimize key digital tools like our property management system (PMS), guest communication platforms, and API integrations
2. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, handle group bookings, and manage invoicing and partner performance
3. Analyze operational and booking data to identify trends and recommend improvements
4. Collaborate with hostel General Managers to align on system use, training, and updates
5. Support content and listing accuracy across our website and third-party booking platforms
6. Drive operational improvements through automation, smarter tools, and clear workflows

• Technically curious — you learn new platforms quickly and enjoy solving problems
• Data-literate — you can extract insights and turn them into actions
• Organized and proactive — you can manage projects and relationships across teams and time zones
• Experience with SaaS tools, APIs, or data systems (hospitality experience is a bonus but not required)
• Based in Canada and able to work remotely with occasional travel
