What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage day-to-day IT support and ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of employee requests and incidents
  • Administer and maintain Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and endpoint security tools
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and workstation provisioning
  • Partner with DevOps and Security to maintain secure configurations and support audit activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration roles
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Familiarity with MFA and SAML protocols for access control

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Jira Service Desk and Confluence for ticketing and documentation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for task automation, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Knowledge of MDM solutions like Jamf or Rippling
  • Familiarity with password management systems like Bitwarden or 1Password
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
