The ideal candidate brings hands‑on NetSuite expertise, strong integration experience, and a solid understanding of financial and commercial business processes. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the systems that power core business operations.

This is a new vacancy.

This is a full‑time, permanent position.

What you will be doing:
  • Assist the Finance/Enterprise Systems team in administering and configuring the NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, custom records and forms to support finance and business operations.

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, billing, payroll, and data warehouse platforms) using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and middleware/iPaaS tools.

  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable NetSuite configurations and customizations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures across connected financial systems, ensuring timely break‑fix support.

  • Support quote‑to‑cash, order‑to‑cash, and lead‑to‑revenue workflows by maintaining data integrity between NetSuite and upstream/downstream systems like Salesforce.

  • Lead or support NetSuite upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management, minimizing disruption to financial operations.

  • Develop and maintain custom scripts (SuiteScript), scheduled scripts, workflows, and RESTlets to automate manual processes and extend NetSuite functionality.

  • Support integration of acquired entities into NetSuite, including data migration, chart of accounts alignment, and workflow standardization.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process runbooks, and training materials for system configurations, integrations, and end‑user procedures.

  • Ensure system security, SOX/audit compliance, and adherence to data governance standards across financial systems.

  • Participate in sprint grooming, standups, and retrospectives to plan, track, and continuously improve delivery of enhancements and support work.

What you will bring:
  • Three (3)+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator and/or Developer, including hands‑on configuration, customization, and scripting.

  • Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST web services), and SuiteBuilder customizations.

  • Experience integrating NetSuite with third‑party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Avalara, payment processors, data warehouses) via APIs or middleware/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).

  • Solid understanding of core financial and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with commercial and financial workflows including quote‑to‑cash, subscription management, and lead‑to‑revenue.

  • Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and system integration testing.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects in JIRA, including supporting refinement and sprint planning.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across integrated systems.

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

  • NetSuite certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) is an asset.
