Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support system engineering leads and project engineers with integration activities across multidisciplinary projects.

You will assist in developing processes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating meetings with project teams, contractors, and suppliers, while applying analytical skills and strong communication in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 3+ years of systems engineering experience on major rail/transit, infrastructure, or complex systems projects.
  • P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration (within 12 months) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design software and project management tools, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts, technologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and manage data.

Overview

The Systems Integration Engineer supports system engineering leads and project engineers with systems engineering and integration activities. This role supports the coordination, implementation, and delivery of systems engineering processes to ensure multidisciplinary systems are effectively integrated and aligned with project requirements, standards, and operational objectives. The role also provides an opportunity to develop knowledge and capability in systems engineering through hands-on project experience and mentorship.

Your role
