The Systems Engineering Specialist will be focused on providing Support Services for Hitachi Systems Security clients. In this role, you will be part of the consulting team, performing duties related to assisting customers in managing security systems and tools, while carrying out operational tasks and activities within client environments.

You will apply formal and structured methodologies to provide clients with a consistent level of quality that reflects the knowledge and experience of Hitachi Systems Security. The Systems Engineering Specialist will be expected to meet established support SLAs when resolving incident and request tickets. You will work closely with our customers, other delivery service lines, project managers, and incident response and defensive security subject matter experts.
