Job summary

MCAP is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to join our Platform Services team in Canada. You will drive automation, cloud-native initiatives, container platforms, and Infrastructure as Code across enterprise workloads.

You will design, build, and support scalable infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines, manage virtualization, and collaborate with security, architecture, and development teams to modernize platforms and ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems/Platform engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Linux administration, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Preferred: certifications in relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads.
• Support identity and access management services.

• Preferred: Rancher, VMware, Harvester, Keycloak, AWS, Elasticsearch, and relevant industry certifications.
• Identity & Security: Red Build of Keycloak.
• Additional Areas: Platform Engineering, Observability, Security Automation, Disaster Recovery.
