Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is seeking a Systems Design Engineer 2 to join the Graphics Data Center and Accelerated Processing Validation team in Markham, Ontario.

You will drive telemetry testing, firmware loading and security testing, collaborating with silicon designers, firmware, software and validation teams to bring products to market. The role requires hands-on testing leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with internal and external teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in system management testing and validation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with PLDM and Redfish protocols.

Responsibilities

• Telemetry testing (PLDM, Redfish), FW Loading and Security related to FW.
• Build and execute test case suites leveraging partner/customer test cases.
• Involve in test planning, test creation, execution and debugging.
• Involve in RAS testing and hardware problem isolation tooling.
