We’re on a mission to elevate government affairs through knowledge. As the business of policy and advocacy becomes more challenging and complex, those who work in policy, regulatory affairs, advocacy, public relations, and strategic communications are struggling to keep up with the information they need. Whether that information comes from news media, stakeholder or regulator communications, or a line in a speech, Delphic Research extracts the information that matters specifically to our clients – and delivers it on a daily basis.
We’re looking for a curious, systems-minded co-op student to help us automate and scale key elements of our business and platform operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and knowledge design with a focus on reducing manual work and building repeatable systems that grow with us.
You’ll work directly with various team members and business units to identify friction points and build streamlined workflows that touch everything from regulatory monitoring to internal operations (e.g. finance, marketing support). You’ll also help us experiment with ways to convert tacit knowledge into explicit frameworks, as well as the integration of human source intelligence, helping encode expert insight into scalable systems.
