Position Overview:

The purpose of the Systems Analyst is to bring technology, data analysis, and insight to Value Chain reporting & decision making. The Analyst can operate independently and work cross-functionally and across multiple systems with Logistics, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, in-house warehousing teams, IT, Finance and Sales Operations & Planning. The Analyst will be responsible for driving Value Chain performance using technical expertise which can be used to improve speed, drive strategic decisions, and communicate Value Chain performance to leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and optimize system performance.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models into existing systems to enhance functionality and automation.
  • Create and maintain documentation including system specifications, workflows, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Let's Talk About You:

  • University degree in the field of business, engineering, computer science or mathematics
  • Experience in retail/manufacturing and/or distribution environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with large sets of data to provide useful insights
  • Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Power BI, Python, cloud platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Streamlit).
  • Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET).
  • Strong skills in data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, or Python.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates communication and presentation skills in workshop and training environments
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
