What you’ll do
  • Perform installation of Rogers X‑finity products and services (Internet, home phone, TV/streaming)
  • Provide in‑home support and educate customers on Rogers offerings
  • Operate test equipment related to maintenance of coaxial and fiber systems (system analyzers, field strength meters, TDR, locators)
  • Maintain accurate system records and support documentation for all work orders
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex, customer‑impacting issues promptly
  • Perform various other duties as required
What you bring
  • Valid full class‑5 driver’s license
  • Accountability, adaptability, and customer‑first behaviours
  • Comfortable working outdoors year‑round
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, out‑of‑town work, rotational on‑call duties, weekends, and statutory holidays when required
  • Physical ability to perform all job aspects (work at heights, heavy lifting up to 100 lbs, maneuvering through crawl spaces)
  • Customer‑centric focus and commitment to quality control excellence
  • Technical acumen and a desire to stay up‑to‑date on industry trends
  • Strong safety focus and adherence to all safety requirements

Pre‑employment background check (criminal record, credit, driver’s abstract) required. In certain provinces, a valid security worker licence may be required.

Work location: 1635 Paquette Road, Thunder Bay, ON (Hybrid: full‑time with onsite minimum of 4 days per week).

Travel: up to 25 %. Schedule: rotating shifts. Length of contract: regular.
