You are a System Solution Developer looking to contribute your expertise and enable projects by delivering and supporting technical solutions through application development on low-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase, Power BI). You have experience in development and troubleshooting support. Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and enhance business processes using our low-code platforms.
  2. Develop applications: table building, field creation, forms, and relationships.
  3. Create reports and dashboards to provide operational metrics for business leaders.
  4. Assess user requests critically and discern their impact on existing functionality.
  5. Optimize and improve system setup and workflows.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
  7. Upskill existing users through hands-on training and guidance on best practices.
  8. Gather requirements for user requests clearly and concisely. Coordinate development, testing, acceptance, and handoff between users and the development team.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  2. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  3. Effective communication and collaboration skills for team and independent work.
  4. Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including application specifications, manuals, and training materials.
  5. Quickbase Expert Certification is an asset.
  6. Construction coordination background is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid position - required to be in the office several times per week.

Compensation

$63,200 - $86,900

This is the expected base pay range. Actual pay will depend on experience, knowledge, skills, education, and location.
