You will foster reliability across development and operations, design monitoring tools, and support initiatives to improve stability, reliability, efficiency, and security. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring critical banking platforms supporting hundreds of applications
• Enhancing system availability, scalability, and performance
• Investigating errors, analyzing system bottlenecks
• Implementing monitoring systems and predictive failure detection
• Participating in architectural reviews and reliability requirement assessments
• Providing solutions for performance, disaster recovery, and security
• Training team members and creating stability dashboards
• Automating tasks and reporting processes
• Reviewing projects for monitoring and deployment readiness
• Participating in on-call rotations

Required skills:

• Experience in Software Engineering, System Administration, and Operations
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems and networking
• Experience with CI systems like Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI
• Expertise with Dynatrace and Splunk
• Understanding of security, privacy, and monitoring concepts
• Project ownership and team responsibility
• Minimum 3 years in a DevOps or SRE role
• Strong project management, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with PowerBI, Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Optional: Network engineering, database management, cloud security expertise
