The role requires deep expertise in high-speed communications, DSP, PAM4 signaling, IEEE Ethernet standards, and MATLAB/Python programming. You will model, simulate, and validate system-level designs and collaborate across silicon, package, and system teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience, or
• Master's degree and 7+ years of experience, or
• PhD and 6+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level modeling and simulation of high-speed PAM4 links across optical and electrical channels.
• Develop end-to-end link performance models including DSP transmitter/receiver architectures, optical/electrical components, and connectors.
• Evaluate next-generation Ethernet technologies for AI and cloud infrastructure.
• Generate and maintain IBIS-AMI models for product evaluation and design activities.
• Support customer simulations involving PCB channels, cables, connectors, packages, and optical links.
