We are hiring a System Auditor to join our growing team! This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a quality, assembly, or manufacturing role, demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented attitude. Candidates must also have experience completing accurate documentation and record-keeping. As an asset, candidates may also have experience working with industrial, automated equipment.

Shift Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour Day Shift; Employee must be on-site by 8:00am
• ½ Unpaid lunch from 12:30pm-1:00pm
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
Overview:
• Report to Plant Manager
• Responsible for Pre-FAT and FAT equipment runs
• Run, film, and monitor equipment, completing all necessary documentation
• Responsible for logging and documentation of equipment settings through photos, video, and the trained documentation process
• Review and upload all videos and photos
• Create customer system manuals
• Use of internal Vault system
• Use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Work with and alongside other peers and departments as needed, including Quality, Assembly, Service, Design, and Project Management
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, as well as VTR’s Mission, Vision, and Values
• Other duties as required
What You'll Bring:
• Previous experience within a quality, assembly, or manufacturing role
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience providing clear and accurate recordkeeping and documentation
• Previous experience and knowledge in machine design and industrial automation as an asset
• Post-secondary education in Quality, Manufacturing, or a related program as an asset
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word, & Teams required
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Shows initiative and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrates adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrates innovative thinking and proactive/reactive problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality and safety

• Overtime after 40 hours
