We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT Systems Team. The Systems Administrator deploys and maintains core IT Infrastructure services, business applications, network, security systems, telephony services, backup, and data center environments. The Systems Administrator is also responsible for monitoring the Infrastructure services and should be security-focused. Collaborating with other members, the administrator coordinates regular maintenance upgrades and participates in technology projects.
The Systems Administrator provides coaching and mentorship to other staff, conducts small-scale training and presentations to users, and participates in developing IT policies and procedures to meet regulatory compliance and governance.

Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain infrastructure.
- Resolve daily incidents and problems escalated by various teams, customers, and system alerts.
- Participate in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our on-premise infrastructure.
- Recommend processes and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical Skills Required:
- Routing, switching, firewall, complex wireless networks (layers 1, 2, 3).
- Server systems design, installation, support.
- Storage (SAN, NAS) infrastructure design, installation, support.
- Microsoft-based networking including Active Directory.
- Database systems installation and support.
- Network security design, maintenance, testing, and reporting.
- Mentoring less-experienced technicians.
- Guidance in project management.
- Proficiency with technologies like Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, firewalls, PowerShell, .Net, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Visio.
- Understanding infrastructure architecture, including cloud, networking, virtualization, identity, security, and storage.
- Automation of IT tasks, scripting for deployments and maintenance.
- Experience with database technologies, web app development, .Net development.
- Access management, administration, application support.
- IT infrastructure management, backups, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, monitoring, disaster recovery.
- Bonus: Experience with Elite Accounting and iManage Document Management software.
- Ability to discover and implement new technologies to improve systems and mitigate risks.
