Team Lead specializing in Recruiting and Team Leadership

Title: Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist

Duration: Long Term

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide systems administration and systems operations support, including setting up user access, user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.
  • Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and provide customer interface to ensure requested changes are implemented.
  • Monitor computer workload trends and adjust to ensure optimum utilization of computer resources.
  • Upkeep, configure, install, and support the clients’ network and coordinate the various systems.

General Skills:

  • Must be highly experienced with Oracle
  • Experience at the specified experience level setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.
  • Experience with one or more operating systems.
  • Experience with one or more hardware platforms.
  • Experience with information retrieval packages.
  • Experience with one or more communications protocols.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Technical Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge of Oracle Recruitment Cloud modules and their integration within the Oracle HCM system

  • Ability to configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, career sites, and candidate management settings.
  • Experience with sandbox testing and system updates.
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Skills in managing data imports, exports, and integrity.
  • Knowledge of Oracle’s reporting tools like OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
  • Problem-solving and Troubleshooting
  • Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Ability to test and implement system patches and upgrades.
  • Security and User Management
  • Managing user roles, permissions, and access levels in line with organizational policies.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions
  • Experience with distributed and networked systems.
  • Awareness of emerging IT trends.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages.
