Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Line Operator for our swing shift team. In this role, you’ll oversee and operate automated manufacturing systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and safe production. Your ability to monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production flow will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production line systems
  • Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system errors to minimize downtime
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Log production data using computer interfaces or control panels
  • Support equipment setup and line changeovers as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
  • Experience in an automated or computer-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with HMIs, PLC interfaces, or robotic equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production
  • Physically able to lift, stand, and move in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using software to monitor and log production data

Qualifications:

  • Certifications in automation, machinery operation, or OSHA safety
  • Experience reading technical documents, blueprints, or manuals
  • Background in preventive maintenance or system optimization
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
