Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence is required.
• Must have a clean driving record with no preventable accidents in the past year.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication is mandatory.
• Flexibility with start times and willingness to cover vacations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Roll-Off, Commercial and Residential Rear Load trucks.
• Service commercial and industrial customers with timely pickup and delivery of containers.
• Adhere to Miller Waste Systems safety protocols and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet performance expectations.
• Assist with driving for residential collections as needed and cover routes during vacations.
