Job summary

Back to Basics Swim Academy is seeking passionate, reliable Swim Instructors to help students develop swimming skills and water safety. You will assess levels, maintain a safe pool environment, and foster a welcoming experience for all participants.

Applicants should have 1 year of instructor experience, a positive mindset, and strong teamwork skills. Training is provided to align with our Back to Basics methodology and high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year swim instructor experience.
• Have a positive mindset and are strong team players.
• Are caring and engaged, capable of giving full attention while on the job.
• Are committed and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons following the Back to Basics methodology (training provided).
• Assess students' swimming abilities to determine the appropriate swim level.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and order of the pool area.
• Create a secure, welcoming, and positive experience for all participants.
• Address client questions, comments, and concerns promptly and efficiently.

About Us

Back to Basics Swim Academy is a boutique private swim school that teaches children and adults how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer in and around the water and to inspire a lifelong love for swimming.

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and energetic Swim Instructors who will be responsible for developing our students' swimming skills and building their confidence in the water. If you have a love for teaching, swimming, and water safety, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
