Qualifications

• Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course
• Registered Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing
• In good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Two years’ experience in wound care management in hospital or community setting
• Previous visiting nursing experience is an asset
• Updated immunization records, criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire
• Current CPR certification
