About the Team & Business Line

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and supports business success through client service excellence.

As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the regional recruiting lead to drive strategic direction, best practices, corporate talent strategy initiatives, and overall recruiting effectiveness for all levels of hiring.
  • Leverage knowledge of regional businesses, culture, competitors, and practices to support HR solutions that drive business results. Understand growth strategies, financials, and products/services.
  • Advise and counsel managers and leaders within the region, influencing people decisions and anticipating recruitment implications or regional initiatives. Understand regional success drivers and raise issues on operational matters.
  • Translate governance, compliance trends, and regulations into workable solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong metrics capability to assess performance and optimize organizational efficiencies.
  • Enhance branding awareness, reduce recruiting costs, improve candidate experience, and increase the quality of hires, with a focus on diversity recruiting efforts. Ensure team adherence to recruiting compliance guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Map competitors to identify key potential hires.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for strategic executive hiring (Senior Stakeholders).
  • Develop social media branding strategies.
  • Create sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans, and conduct performance reviews for team members, supporting learning and development, objective setting, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a highly skilled team of recruiters, contributing to team goals and success.
  • Provide project planning, execution, and administrative support for TA-related projects.
  • Ensure leadership and skills development programs are in place to enhance recruiter performance.
