SVP of Finance
Location: Hybrid Freeport, NY
Compensation: $200k-$225k base
We're seeking a strategic and experienced SVP of Finance to drive our client’s financial strategy and ensure our company's profitability and long-term growth. You'll be a key leader, overseeing all financial operations in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting (GAAP, IFRS), and maintain compliance.
• Cost & Risk Management: Optimize costs, manage risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Capital Management: Manage funding, debt, and investor relations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
• Strategic Growth: Provide financial insights for strategic decisions (M&A).
• Supplier & Raw Material Management: Manage relationships and mitigate raw material price volatility.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and QuickBooks.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in senior financial management (CFO or VP of Finance).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG (food/beverage preferred).
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and QuickBooks.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• CPA or CFA is a plus.
