SVP, Canada Services

Overview:

The Services team leads Mastercard’s efforts to develop new solutions and services that help customers make smarter decisions with better outcomes. The team provides solutions in Security Solutions, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Business & Market Insights, Open Banking, and Services Business Development to drive sales. Our customers include Retail Financial Institutions, Commercial Banking, Acquirers, Retail & Commerce, Processors, Governments, Fintech, and Digital Players. We aim to create a competitive advantage through innovative, highly differentiated solutions.

We are seeking an experienced SVP to develop and execute a successful Services strategy in the Canadian market. The role involves adapting Mastercard’s global strategy for Services and managing the Services P&L in Canada.

About the Role

This position will partner with North America Services leadership in Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Open Banking, and Services Business Development. Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving financial outcomes for each business line in Canada
  2. Managing economic and commercial levers with global and regional teams
  3. Generating ideas for new products and enhancing existing ones to achieve double-digit growth
  4. Aligning with the new corporate structure to enable cross-service product integrations and partnerships
  5. Defining sales enablement strategies and managing pipelines in collaboration with the Canada President and Leadership Team
  6. Leading the Canada Services strategy and developing new service lines
  7. Partnering with global teams to develop regional operating and sales models, including acquisitions
  8. Contributing insights from Canadian market customers to global strategies
  9. Identifying potential M&A opportunities in Canada
  10. Integrating service capabilities into product propositions with the Canada Core and Digital teams
  11. Cultivating team culture and talent in Canada
  12. Providing day-to-day leadership in Toronto, including sponsorship of Business Resource Groups, leadership panels, coaching, and mentoring

Pay Range: Toronto, Canada: $220,000 - $400,000
