Expected Salary : $67,021 to $100,532

Manage projects supporting the sustainment of Canada’s Victoria Class Submarines, including modifications and process initiatives.

Report to the Sustainment Projects Team Senior Manager on project delivery.

Execute the project management lifecycle from start to finish.

Lead planning, execution, and close-out of projects.

Manage scope, deliverables, schedule, and changes to meet project goals.

Develop and implement project management plans.

Manage costs and stakeholder engagement.

Monitor and report project progress using performance tools.

Coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors to fulfill project commitments.

Employ risk and opportunity management to mitigate schedule impacts and develop recovery plans.

Maintain close relationships with project stakeholders and customers.

Assist with subcontract development as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate brings :

A recognized University Degree or College diploma in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with PMI.

3 to 7 years of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including at least 4 years of overall Project Management experience.

A positive, resilient, and focused individual.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
