Expected Salary : $67,021 to $100,532

The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

  • Manage projects supporting the sustainment of Canada’s Victoria Class Submarines, including modifications and process initiatives.
  • Report to the Sustainment Projects Team Senior Manager on project delivery.
  • Execute the project management lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Lead planning, execution, and close-out of projects.
  • Manage scope, deliverables, schedule, and changes to meet project goals.
  • Develop and implement project management plans.
  • Manage costs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and report project progress using performance tools.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and subcontractors to fulfill project commitments.
  • Employ risk and opportunity management to mitigate schedule impacts and develop recovery plans.
  • Maintain close relationships with project stakeholders and customers.
  • Assist with subcontract development as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • The ideal candidate brings :

  • A recognized University Degree or College diploma in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with PMI.
  • 3 to 7 years of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including at least 4 years of overall Project Management experience.
  • A positive, resilient, and focused individual.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
