Veolia seeks an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to work with diverse customers, delivering advanced water and process treatment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while driving value, efficiency, and sustainability.

You will analyze programs, prepare service reports, manage revenue growth, and lead commercial negotiations while maintaining safety and teamwork in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, environmental science or engineering/technologist preferred.
• 8+ years direct field experience in water treatment will qualify.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for various applications.
• Test samples and deliver reports, interpreting results for improvement initiatives.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and reviews.
• Plan and communicate value generation initiatives to drive sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and work safely at all times.
