Our client is a well-established compliance business with over 25 years in the Construction Industry, seeking a Senior Sustainability Consultant at a Principal level. They serve clients across the UK in residential, commercial, and public sectors.

The team comprises 30 diverse professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service, supporting the design process, and creating high-quality living environments through industry expertise and innovative service delivery that benefits developers in a dynamic industry.

The company is employee-owned, offering a quarterly profit share bonus scheme. They actively support career development and invest in training for ongoing professional growth.

The role involves leading multiple projects, sharing knowledge with your team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in using IES-VE and have confidence across several consultancy services, including Part L compliance. Knowledge of energy strategies, residential overheating, non-domestic thermal comfort, and passive design analysis is advantageous.

This position is based in the London office with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days in the office per week.
